Send us a message or carrier pigeon with what you’re looking for. Maybe it's a favorite character, a personalized gift, or something you just haven’t seen anywhere else. We'll talk about sizing, filament or resin options, colors, painting styles, and whether your item should glow with the essence of an ancient curse or just look cool on your shelf.
We’ll confirm the timeline, give you a quote, and once you're happy, your project is officially added to the order queue.
Step 2: Printing – Where Ideas Get Layered Into Reality
We fire up one (or all) of our five trusty filament printers or our resin beast (affectionately known as The Sticky Goblin), depending on what your piece requires. This part is a blend of wizardry and science—layers of PLA or resin building your creation up from nothing, one enchanted slice at a time.
Larger prints or multipart pieces may take several hours (or even days), but we’ll keep you updated on the progress like a good guild messenger.
Step 3: Painting – Where It Truly Comes Alive
This is where things get legendary. Each painted order is done by hand using professional-grade paints and techniques. We shade, highlight, and detail every scale, tooth, armor plate, or tiny adorable bowtie (yes, we see you, dapper pug lovers).
Depending on the complexity, painting can take anywhere from 4-10 hours or more. We prioritize durability and style, sealing everything with a protective finish to withstand gentle handling or the occasional curious house imp (or toddler).
Once we've completed the painting process and assembled your treasure if necessary, we will send over photos to get you excited about the last few days before receiving your item.
Step 4: Final Blessings and Shipment
Once your piece passes our inspection (we have high standards and three very judgmental dogs), we carefully package it and send it your way. You'll get a tracking number and a little thank you from us, because we maintain that if you're shopping with a small business, it's the little touches that count.
